The publication in recent days, local press, the news of the proposal to transform the Inter-Association Pedemontana Parmense, involving the municipalities of Collecchio, Felino, Montechiarugolo, and Traversetolo Baganza Hall, in Union of Municipalities has raised in our discussion group which has led to a series of reflections.

We believe this innovative step of great importance that institutional interest to the administration of Our Community, should be preceded by the figure of the activity in these first five years by the Association and of the reasons for the proposed transformation in Union. The presentation of the new management model of services in a partnership should address the location, requirements, objectives and budget.

The process of implementing this important decision can not, in our view, regardless Citizens from information given in a timely manner, to allow time for discussion and response to any objections.
